How Chimney Pro uses Google Calendar
Connecting Google is optional and limited to administrators. It exists for one purpose: showing your scheduled estimates and jobs on a shared calendar.
- Chimney Pro creates a dedicated calendar (named "St. George Insulation Operations") and adds, updates, and removes only the events it created.
- If someone moves one of those events in Google Calendar, the new start time is reflected back in Chimney Pro.
- Other events in the Google account are never read or changed.
- Google data is used only for this feature, and is never sold or used for advertising. You can disconnect any time.
- Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
